21 February 2019 – Telespazio VEGA UK has won a UK Space Agency grant, supporting its development of commercial launch range control services for UK Spaceport operations.
8 February 2019 – Telespazio VEGA UK has announced a cluster of framework contract wins in the last quarter of 2018 in key strategic areas, totalling ~€12M over 3 years. The contracts span important focus areas for the company of Big Data Systems, Climate Services and Quality Assurance.
14 December 2018 – As part of the European Commission’s Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), implemented by the European Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF), Telespazio VEGA UK has been awarded a €3m framework contract to evaluate C3S Sectoral Information System, which provides user-oriented climate information to 10 sectors.
11 December 2018 – Telespazio VEGA UK has won a major €6.8m Framework Contract with the European Space Agency (ESA) to support its initiative to foster an ecosystem of IT platforms enabling the wider exploitation of Earth Observation (EO) data for the benefit of society.
5 December 2018 – As part of the European Space Agency’s (ESA) initiative to integrate non-ESA missions into its overall Earth Observation strategy, Telespazio VEGA UK has won a contract to lead a consortium to provide early data quality assessments of existing or future EO missions from national and commercial providers.
19 November 2018 – Telespazio VEGA has contributed to development of a mobile procedure viewer or mobiPV which helps astronauts do complex installations of space hardware following the step-by-step guidance.

18 September 2018 – e-GEOS, a company set up by Telespazio (80%) and the Italian Space Agency (20%), leader in the geo-information business, has extended its presence in the Far East with the awarding of a tender in Indonesia and a contract renewal in Japan.
17 July 2018 – SEonSE (Smart Eyes on the SEas), Leonardo’s geospatial maritime security platform, goes online today. Thanks to the use of cloud computing and of advanced big data analysis models, SEonSE makes it possible to access in real-time, even from tablets or smartphones, customised information on what happens at sea.
